What methods of payment to you accept?
~ we accept personal check, money order, cash and pay pal.
When is payment due?
~ Payment is due at the time service is rendered.
Are you insured and bonded?
~ yes we are fully insured and bonded and all staff is WSIB certified.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
~ Depending on the size of your home you may have 1 or 2 cleaners. Usually smaller homes will have 1 and larger homes 2, but it also depends on the time your home takes to clean properly.
What do I do with my pets?
~ Green Clean staff are only hired if they are "pet" friendly it is a requirement for us. But please let us know if you have an aggressive animal on the property.
Do your green products clean as well as traditional cleaners?
~ YES, we have had many clients experience green cleaning with us as a first experience and we have never had a problem. Our products clean and disinfect just as well if not better then traditional chemical cleaning products.
Will I notice a difference with green cleaning products?
~ YES, the first thing you will notice is the smell.....there is none! no bleach, no pine sol, no synthetic fragrance, just a hint of the natural lavender room spray we use to freshen your linens and carpet. There is no residue! no streaks or filmy muck on anything in your home. We clean and polish as we go so everything that is cleaned is dried and polished with natural cleaners so no residue is left behind.... just pure natural clean.
What about disinfectants? Don't I need to use bleach in my bathroom to get rid of germs?
~ Green Clean uses an eco logo disinfectant spray that disinfects within 60 seconds with a 99% accuracy. Toilet seats and kitchen counters are cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant and let to sit for 60 seconds before they are wiped clean. Do I have to sign a contract?
~No, there is no contract, our service is payed per service. Our only request is that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment with us so that we can book another client in that spot.
Do I have to tell you if I have any allergies?
~ No, we clean every home as if the home owners had allergies, all homes are cleaned with the same hypoallergenic products and all homes are vacuumed with a HEPA filtration.
Do you do any extras?
~ Our regular cleaning does not include things like dishes, toy pick up, laundry, windows, but if you need any extras done please let us know and we can work out an extra fee to make sure all of your cleaning needs are met.
Do I need to be home when Green Clean is cleaning my house?
~ This is totally up to you. Some clients like to be home when we are there and some give us a key and are never home when we are there. Its whatever you feel comfortable with. Its your home and your choice.
